Marinaro scored to two goals and assisted on a third to help lead first place JCU past second place No. 22 Capital, 5-0. Marinaro also scored the game winning goal in 2-1 win over Otterbein.
September 18, 2017 Danny Ruple, Baldwin Wallace Ruple led the Yellow Jackets to a 2-1 record with wins against the College of Wooster (3-2) and Bluffton University (6-2). Ruple finished the week with four goals and three assists. He capped the week off with his first career hat trick with all three of his goals coming in the first 15 minutes of the game versus Bluffton.
September 11, 2017 Joseph Schulte, Ohio Northern Schulte led the Polar Bears to the ONU Invitational title and a perfect 3-0-0 record on the week. He scored a goal in all three of ONU's victories and added an assist in a 2-1 victory over Wittenberg.
