Women's Cross Country:  Runner-of-the-Week

September 4-Baldwin-Wallace junior Ashley Scullion (Kentwood, MI/East Kentwood) was the Yellow Jackets’ top runner at the Case Bill Sudeck Invitational last week. Scullion placed fourth of 155 runners after completing the 5000-meter course with a time of 19:29. The team placed third of 14 teams
 September 10-Capital junior Shelly Gaines (Grove City/Central Crossing) was the Crusaders’ top runner at the Wittenberg Invitational last week. Gaines completed the 5000-meter course with a time of 19:09.91.

September 17-Baldwin-Wallace junior Ashley Scullion (Kentwood, MI/East Kentwood) was the top OAC runner at the Calvin Invitational last week. Scullion completed the 5000-meter course with a time of 18:06. September 24-Baldwin-Wallace junior Ashley Scullion (Kentwood, MI/East Kentwood) placed second of 86 runners at the Cedarville Meet last week. Scullion completed the 5000-meter course with a time of 18:44. The team placed second of seven teams.

October 1-Otterbein sophomore Niki Reese (Columbus/Centennial) placed first of 114 runners at the Earlham Invitational last week. Reese completed the 5000-meter course with a time of 19:14. The team placed first of 12 teams.

October 8-Otterbein sophomore Niki Reese (Columbus/Centennial) placed fifth of 142 runners at the Ohio Wesleyan/All-Ohio Championship last week. Reese completed the 5000-meter course with a time of 20:01. The team placed first of seventh of 22 teams.

October 15-Otterbein sophomore Niki Reese (Columbus/Centennial) placed second of 187 runners at the Wilmington Fall Classic last week. Reese completed the 5000-meter course with a time of 18:48.47. The team placed second of 22 teams.
