January 2, 2018 Clayton Davidson-Ohio Northern Davidson went 4-0, with victories over 2 nationally ranked opponents, to lead ONU to a 3-1 record at the Washington & Lee (Va.) Duals. He defeated #6 A.J. Aeberli of Coast Guard 4-0 and #10 ranked Matt Marcotte of North Central 8-3. Also had a 33 second pin against Sean Floto of King's.
December 18, 2017 Dante Ginnetti, Baldwin Wallace Ginnetti pinned two of his three opponents in five minutes to led the Yellow Jackets to a 2-1 record at the Gator "Boots" Duals hosted by Luther (Iowa) College in Nashville, Tennessee. Ginnetti opened the duals as with a pinfall victory against his Manchester (Ind.) University opponent in 1:34. He then earned a 12-6 decision against his opponent from the fourth-nationally ranked Loras (Iowa) College. Ginnetti closed out the duals with a pinfall victory against his Millikin (Ill.) University in 4:34.
December 11, 2017 Nate Barcaskey-Ohio Northern Barcaskey has earned Wrestler of the Week honors for the second consecutive time after posting a 2-0 record last week. Against No. 22 Mount Union, Barcaskey posted 5-2 decision. Against Manchester, Barcaskey picked up a pin in 3:41.
December 4, 2017 Nate Barcaskey, Ohio Northern Barcaskey helped the Polar Bears to a second place finish at the 37th Annual ONU Invitational. He went 5-0 with three pins to win the heavyweight title. Barcaskey also posted a 4-2 win over Baldwin Wallace's Gabe Mahaney in a dual meet on Tuesday. .
November 20, 2017 Luke Hernandez-Mount Union Hernanez helped the Purple Raiders to wins over No.6 Messiah and No. 24 Waynesburg at the Mount Union Duals by going 5-0 on the day, including three major decisions.
November 13, 2017 Jesse Gross, Mount Union Gross led the way for the Raiders with a first place finish at 165 pounds at the Mount Union Invitational. Gross defeated Nick Vandermeer (Lake Erie) in the quarterfinals and Nate Ross (Gannon) in the finals match; Vandermeer and Ross are the #7 and #10 wrestlers in Division II, respectively. Gross's performance led him to be named the invitiational's outstanding wrestler.
November 6, 2017 Jarrod Brezovec, John Carroll Brezovec went 4-0 and placed first at the Adrian Invitational this past weekend. Brezovec collected two wins by pin fall, one of which was in the championship match against Brice Everson of Wabash, securing the 141-pound title in the second period. Brezovec also collected wins by decision and major decision, and scored at least 13 points in those two matches.
February 20, 2017 Nick Mancini, Mount Union Mancini won a pair of matches with a major decision against Baldwin Wallace and a technical fall in a win over Otterbein. Mancini finished the regular season with a 15-7 record and 5-1 in OAC duals.
February 13, 2017 Blake Dixon, John Carroll Dixon went 4-1 on the week, including a win over Willy Plaisir of Otterbein to give the Blue Streaks their first OAC dual win of the 2017 season. Dixon went 3-1 and placed 3rd in the JCU Open, where he defeated two Baldwin Wallace wrestlers at 157 pounds. Dixon's lone loss came to Kent State University's Jacob Spino, who went on to place first in the division.
February 6, 2017 Nate Barcaskey, Ohio Northern Barcaskey went 2-0 on the week in OAC compeition and finished sixth overall at the John Summa Invitational hosted by Baldwin Wallace. Results: pinned Ras Lumpkins (Ott), 2:47; dec. Andrew Sierawski (BW), 5-2; pinned Gavin Ciolligan (Theil), 1:10; dec. Wil VanNorman (Waynesburg), 4-2
January 30, 2017 Jarrad Lasko, John Carroll Lasko went 7-1 this past week with a 3-0 record against OAC opponents. He went 4-1 and finished runner-up at 149 pounds at the Pete Wilson-Wheaton Invitational. Lasko was one of three Blue Streaks to win in the team's dual with Mount Union on Tuesday.

December 5, 2016 Hayden Bates, Heidelberg Bates won the 141-pound weight class with a 4-0 record to help the Berg to the ONU Invitational team title. Bates picked up a tech fall over Otterbein's Robe Harris, 21-5, before he pinned ONU's Jeff Andrews in 4:00. Bates followed up the pin by another fall, pinning Alma's Jacob Anderson in 2:26. The freshman won the title with a major decision over Campbellsville's Jayce Carr, 13-1.
November 21, 2016 Alec Cotton, Mount Union Cotton posted a 5-0 record with three pins at the Mount Union Duals to help the Purple Raiders to a 3-2 record.
November 14, 2016 Jackson Lakso, Otterbein Otterbein 125-pound freshman Jackson Lakso (Grove City/Cental Crossing) helped relaunch Otterbein's program after 42 years in winning fashion with a pin in just 0:55 in a win over Thomas More. He also went 4-0 at the John Carroll Duals, registering three falls and a major decision. His efforts helped the Cardinals upset No. 9 Lycoming.

Arroyo had two pins, including one on Tuesday in 3:28 over Tony Rupert of Mount Union that gave the Yellow Jackets the lead for good in a 21-12 victory. December 14, 2015 Dan Mirman, John Carroll John Carroll157-pound senior Dan Mirman (Wadsworth/Medina Highland) posted a 4-1 record at the Cleveland State Open. Mirman defeated three Division I wrestlers to reach the championship bout. He was the only Division III wrestler to place in the top six of any weight class.

The match was tied 19-19 and was decided by the third round of criteria. Maclellan pinned ONU’s Ricky Bruce in 4:05 to give the Yellow Jackets 19-16 lead. His pin also matched an earlier ONU pin (first criteria).
