January 15, 2018 Alex Dimon, Marietta Dimon won the 55-meter hurdles at the Marietta Open with a personal record time of 7.71 seconds. When adjusted to 60-meters, his time ranks as the ninth-best in Division III. Dimon also placed second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.38 seconds, which currently ranks 29th nationally.
January 15, 2018 Lawson Monta, Marietta Monta won the weight throw (16.73 meters) at the Mareitta Open. His throw was a personal best and currently ranks 17th in Division III. Monta also placed second in the shot put (14.86 meters). Monta also won the shot put (15.13 meters) and the weight throw (25.79 meters) at the Marietta First Glimpse meet in December.
April 24, 2017 Ted Achladis, Baldwin Wallace Achladis posted three top-10 finishes to help the Yellow Jackets to third place at the BW Sparky Adams Invite. Achladis won the discus with a throw of 155’11, placed third in the hammer with a mark of 135’7 and seventh in the shot put with a toss of 44’10.25.
April 24, 2017 Conner Troyer, Mount Union Troyer took home first place in the 110 hurdle at the BW Sparky Adams Invitational with a time of 14.47. The Purple Raiders took home the team title.
April 17, 2017 Matt Molinaro, Ohio Northern Molinaro competed at both the Mt. Sac Relays and the Beach Invitational in California last weekend. Molinaro finished fourth in the 800-meter run (01:49.3) at the Div. I dominated Mt. Sac Relays. Molinaro followed up that performance with a third place finish the 800-meter run at the Beach Invitational with a personal best time of 01:48.9.
April 17, 2017 Lawson Monta, Marietta Monta took home first place in both the shot put (56-10) and the discus (155-10) to lead the Pioneers at the All-Ohio Championship on Saturday. Monta’s throw in the shot put broke a 15-year old All-Ohio meet record by over a foot and a half. His throw currently ranks third best in the Division III. He accounted for 20 of the Pioneers 31 points.
April 10, 2017 Lawson Monta-Marietta Monta won and broke his outdoor record in the shot put with a toss of 56-10.25 at the Muskie Invitational. His mark is currently the second best performance in Division III. Monta also won the discus throw with a distance of 147-04 and was third in the hammer throw with a distance of 143-09.
April 10, 2017 AJ Digby-Mount Union Digby ran a season-best time of 48.32 seconds in the 400 meters which won the event and is currently sixth-best in NCAA Division III at the Mount Union John Homon Open.
April 3, 2017 Tristen Durr-Heidelberg Durr placed second overall in the hammer throw at the Otterbein April Fools Invitational. His throw of 182’1 is currently the fifth longest throw in Division III and the longest throw in the OAC this season.
April 3, 2017 Conner Troyer-Mount Union Troyer won the 110-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 14.54 at the Wooster Invitational. His time set a new stadium record and is the second best time in Division III so far this season.
March 27, 2017 Matt Molinaro, Ohio Northern Molinaro placed 23rd in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State University. He ran a personal-best time of 3:50.8, which is currently ranked second in Div. III and is the third fastest time in school history. He also placed first in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:49.3.
March 27, 2017 Antone Truss-Wilmington Truss took home first place in the high jump (2.08m) at the Transylvania Invitational. The Quakers finished third out of 11 teams.
March 20, 2017 Lawson Monta-Marietta Monta placed second the shot put at the North Carolina Charlotte 49er Classic with a throw of 16.91 meters to set a new school outdoor record and is currently the longest throw in Division III.
March 20, 2017 Alex Wilson, Mount Union Wilson placed second in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 14:36.83 at the UNC 49er Classic. His time is currently second-best in Division III.
February 20, 2017 Logan Allison, Capital Allison broke the program record and won the triple jump with a leap of 14.44 meters (47-4) at the Rick Meindl Last Call meet. He is now ranked ninth in the national in the triple jump.
February 20, 2017 Mason Plant, Mount Union Plant matched his season-best time, winning the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.21 at the Raider Tune-up. His time is also the 12th best time in NCAA Division III this season.
February 13, 2017 AJ Digby, Mount Union Digby ran a meet record and season-best time of 48.72 in the 400 meters and helped lead the Purple Raiders to the team title at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships. Digby's time was also the third best time in NCAA Division III so far this season.
February 13, 2017 Logan Allison, Capital At the All-Ohio Championship Allison shattering the school record in the 60-meter dash and placed first with a time of 6.95 seconds. Allison also finished second in the long jump with a mark of 7.09 meters (23-03.25). He wrapped up the day with a win in the triple jump (14.22m, 46-08.00), improving his personal record.
February 6, 2017 Jordan Leverette, Baldwin Wallace Leverette finished fourth in the 200-meter dash with a season-best time of 22.22 seconds and placed sixth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.05 at the Hillsdale (Mich.) College Wide Track Classic.
February 6, 2017 Hayden Snow, John Carroll Snow placed first place in the long jump at the Mount Union Wuske Invite with a leap of 23-03.75. He bested the field by .35 meters and currently ranks 11th in Division III. Snow also placed seventh in high jump
January 30, 2017 Tyler Neff, Mount Union Neff set a new school record and placed second in the 400 meters with a time of 48.08 at the SPIRE Midwest Open. His time currently ranks first in Division III.
January 30, 2017 Lucas Shumate, Ohio Northern Shumate led ONU at the Grand Valley State (Mich.) Invitational. He broke his own school record set in 2015 in the weight throw with a toss of 59' 5.00", which currently ranks fourth best in the Division III.
April 25, 2016 Tyler Orewiler, Mount Union (Field) Mount Union senior Tyler Orewiler (Bucyrus/Colonel Crawford) won the pole vault at the Sparky Adams Invite with a school record mark of 16-8.25, which currently ranks fourth in NCAA Division III this season. He bested an 11-year old school record of 16-7.5 set 2005. Orewiler was also a member of the winning 4x100 relay (41.88). Other nominees: Brandon Ike, ONU

April 18, 2016 Ty Menear, Mount Union (Track) Mount Union junior Ty Menear (Brunswick/Brunswick) posted season-best times in a pair of events to lead the Purple Raiders to fifht place at the All-Ohio Championships hosted by Ohio Weslyan. He won the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:19.45 and placed fifth in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.60. His time in the steeplechase is the 11th best time in the nation so far this season in NCAA Division III.
April 18, 2016 Lucas Shumate, Ohio Northern (Field) Ohio Northern junior Lucas Shumate (Wapakoneta/Spencerville) led the Polar Bears to a third place finish at the All-Ohio Championshps. Shumate won the hammer throw with a school record distance of 184-02. He also placed second in the discus throw with a pitch of 149 feet 9 inches.
April 11, 2016 Julian Lowe, Otterbein (Track) Otterbein junior Julian Lowe led the way for the Cardinals at the Mount Union Homon Open with three victories and a second-place finish. He won the 200-meter dash (22.45), the 400-meter dash (49.89) and anchored the winning 4x400 relay team (3:25.24).
April 11, 2016 Zach Felton, Heidelberg (Field) Heidelberg senior Zach Felton (Malvern/Minerva) took home first place in the shot put with a personal best of 15.12m and in the hammer throw with a personal record of 49.24m to help the Berg to second place at the Marv Frye Invitational. Felton also finsihed second in the discus with a mark of 41.13m.
April 5, 2016 Ty Meanear, Mount Union (Track) Mount Union junior Ty Menear (Brunswick) won the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:26.40, which is seventh in the nation, at the Wooster Invitational. He also placed second in the 1,500 meters (4:04.74).
April 5, 2016 Lucas Shumate, Ohio Northern (Field) Ohio Northern junior Lucas Shumate (Wapakoneta/Spencerville) claimed a first place finish at the Centre (Ky.) Invitational in the hammer throw with a pitch of 53.58 meters and is currently ranked ninth in the nation in the event. He also claimed a third place finish in the discus throw with a toss of 45.04 meters.

His mark of 16-10 broke a 20-year old school record and earned him NCAA Division III National Field Athlete of the Week honors. April 20, 2015 Field Athlete Mount Union senior Tyler Mettille (Canfield) had his best time of the season and the second best time for NCAA Division III this year going 51.30 in the 400 meters placing second behind former Mississippi State and current world class athlete Emanuel Mayers of Trinidad and Tobago at the Georgia Tech Invitational. He was also part of the sixth place 4x400 relay team (3:14.7).
