Mount Union junior Ty Griffin (Massillon/Massillon Perry) finished 25th among 245 runners at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. Griffin completed the 8K course with a time of 25: 46:00. The Purple Raiders place sixth among 28 teams.

October 12

Heidelberg senior Devin Butcher (Bowling Green) finished second among 205 runners at the Pre-Regional Gibson Family Invitational. Butcher completed  the 8k  course in a time of 25: 59.8. The Berg took home the team title.

October 5

Ohio Northern senior Alan Bowsher (Cygnet/Elmwood) finished second among 145 runners at the All-Ohio Championship. Bowsher complete the course in a time of 27:05.00. The Polar Bears took home the team title.

Heidelberg senior Devin Butcher (Bowling Green) placed first among 178 runners at the Otterbein Invitational. Butcher complete the 8k course in a time of 26:08.60. The team finished third among 16 teams.

Mount Union senior Bryce Basista (North Ridgeville) Basista ran a time of 26:06 to win ( out of 116 runners) the Penn State-Behrend Invitational last Saturday in Erie, PA. He led the Purple Raiders to the team title at the event.

September 14

Ohio Northern senior Alan Bowsher (Cygnet/Elmwood) finished first among 90 Div. III runners and seventh overall (168 runners) in a career-best time of 24:58 at the Mel Brodt Invitational hosted by Bowling Green State University. Bowsher’s now stands as the third-fastest senior and the fifth-fastest runner overall in ONU history.

Wilmington senior Austin Stiles (Johnstown/Johnstown-Monroe) finished first among 84 runners at the Franklin Sodexo Grizzly Invitational last week. Stiles completed the 8k course in a time of 26:35:00. The team finished third of eight teams.
